Feeding → Three-stages heating → positive and negative pressure forming
This scheme contains feeding, three-stage heating , positive and negative pressure forming, and does not include automatic cutting and automatic stacking. How to operate: Manual mode/automatic mode switching to each other, manual mode is convenient for sampling control and parameter settings
The PVC material is heated by three stages upper and lower infrared heating furnace, and the temperature of each segment is adjustable. The lower furnace is equipped with Teflon cloth as a supporting device for sagging material. Adjusting the temperature, make sure the PVC material won't be completely softened and drooping , moving the sheet to the molding station by servo motor, then the pressurizing system started, the upper mold and lower mold will match with each other perfectly. Then the positive and negative pressure forming process would be realized.
1.The equipment is mainly composed of main body, thermoforming system, temperature control system, heating system, pneumatic control system, electrical and computer control system etc.
2.Main Body: Welded or connected by steel profiles used for installation of forming, heating, heat sealing, cutting and auxiliary devices. The overall steel frame has sufficient strength and stiffness. All metal surfaces are anti-rust and the bottom has rust-proof paint. Interchangeable parts and standard parts are used in the structure for ease of maintenance and replacement of all components.
3.Forming system
1)Mold table:
Welded by steel profile and steel plate, undergoes heat treatment and finish machining. The lifting is controlled by a servo driving motor. The driving speed , motion stroke and stopping position can be adjusted according to the forming requirements of the products . The Operation control parameters are set directly on the touch screen ,and it has multi-speed adjustment function. In order to ensure the stability of the movement, there would be force-amplifier device in the lower mold table which is driven by crankshaft and connecting rod synchronously . The Mold table can carry a load of 3T and the lock die force is 120T. Besides, the die table has Quick mold change structure and mold locking structure.
2)The lifting of upper mold table is controlled by lead screw, gear motor and other components. The driving speed and position can be adjusted, lifting position is controlled by touch screen. It is quick and easy, reliable and stable. The upper mold lifting stroke is 150mm.
3)Feeding rack and feeding structure
The feeding device has two synchronous feeding cylinders, one feeding roller device, one Photoelectric material limitation device. The feeding rack can carry a load of 700kg and the maximum diameter of the roll is 700mm. The rack can store 2 rolls and the operating space is reserved for the worker ; 2 air shafts are quipped. The feed structure is composed of brake motor, turbine reducer and synchronizing shaft. The Feeding roller device is composed of gear motor, upper roller and driving roller. When the Photoelectric material limitation device is on, the upper roller would put pressure onto the plastic roll which is wrapped on the driving roller.Meanwhile, the feeding motor will start unwinding the roll and feeding to the sheet to the buffer zone.When the Photoelectric material limitation device detected the material, the feeding motor would stop. Avoid the superfluous unwinding caused by inertia of the coil weight. The feeding port of the chain guide is a flat stainless steel tray with adjustable sheet edge rail, the scale is visible for easy replacement.
4)The sheet-pulling system:
Sheet pulling is realized by servo motor driving transmission device . 45 steel girder rail.Injecting water inside the rail to realize long-term working. The strength is high enough to ensure that the sheet material go through the channel stablely. Double row sharp tooth chain maintain the sheet feeding stability in high-speed, chain tensity self-regulation, pneumatic driven make sure that there will not be damaged when the adjustment is improper. Rail adjustment by synchronous screw , ensure that the two rails are symmetrical relative to the midline
5)Forming:
Combine mold pressing and vacuum forming, the upper and lower molds match with each other by servo motor, the molds gap can be adjusted precisely according to product requirement. By changing program, the forming process can be switched to positive pressing individually , but the heating and cooling after forming must be reliable. The vacuum tube adopt 2 inch pipe to connect the mold and the vacuum tank. The vacuum control system will control vacuum switching time. The positive pressing mold is connected with the air solenoid valve and compressed air tank by a 1.5-inch pipe. The switching of the positive pressure valve is controlled by the positive pressure control system.
4.Electrical and computer control systems/safety facilities
1)There are numbers of protective measures in the machine, make sure each of the action that may collide with each other has a chain protection.
2)Safety door protection sealing device, adopt manual buckle, manual locking, increase the safety factor of the equipment.
3)The main electrical control system is controlled by PLC integrated module,and the human-machine interface is realized by touch screen, Chinese and English interface. All the operation parameters can be modified to make the equipment easy to operate and maintain.
4)The machine has manual/automatic mode, all setup operations are implemented on the touch screen, when the operator places the material well , press the automatic start-up button to complete the whole process for one time. It would last until the production of all material finished. The manual mode is mainly used for mold change or sample control.
5)The power distribution cabinet contains a protective circuit, including over current, over voltage, under voltage, short circuit and overload protection. The heating element is protected with a fuse. Warning signs or Backup words are available for security issues that may cause damage to the system or artifacts. The control box is reserved for 5-10% space for future changes, and the cabinet is equipped with a filter and a protective cooling fan.
6)All non-movable cables and wires outside the power box are hidden in the cable slot for easy opening and repairing, and if this point is not possible, use a hose to fix.
7)Electrical and pneumatic wiring are arranged by regulation, to ensure consistency with electrical wiring layout drawing and schematics. Overload, travel limit, motor overload, lack of equal protection functions are sensitive and reliable. Emergency abnormal condition self-locking and chain secure device are also equipped.
8)the equipment must meet the requirements to ensure normal operation, personal safety and labor protection. Smooth operation, no tremble, no abnormal noise, no leakage of electric and oil, easy for operation, maintenance.
9)Accessories, tools and technical information must be complete, technical information including factory certificate, machine inspection report, product specifications, safety operating procedures, maintenance procedures, equipment inspection forms, electrical schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, lubrication charts.
10)Multiple "Emergency Stop" buttons, "Emergency Stop" forced to cut off the power of the device, so that there is no danger when pushing "emergency stop" button.
11)The control procedure of the whole set of equipment is not encrypted (including PLC and touch screen program),easy for customers' trouble seeking , and the customers should never infringe the intellectual property rights of the supplier.
5.Heating furnace computer control system / heater arrangement layout
1)The heating furnace consists of upper and lower furnace, and the length of furnace is 3750mm ,
each furnace is divided into three stages of heating, the length of every stage is 1250mm.
2)The furnace is made of stainless steel and there is a insulation layer around the furnace, which will returned from the chain track in the event of suspension, emergency stop or power loss. The position of lower furnace can be adjusted, and equipped with sagging safety testing system,when the material droops to the lower furnace, the lower furnace will alarm and draw back .
3)The heating furnace consists of 840 square ceramic heaters, dimension 120mm x 120mm power 250W. Temperature control method can be found in the temperature control chart. Each temperature control module is automatically controlled by the PID. Up and down the furnace start in twice, first start the lower heater, when the temperature rise to the set value, the upper furnace start. That would avoid the two furnaces start at the same time which would cause large instantaneous current , resulting in the plant electricity imbalance.
4)The lower furnace is equipped with Teflon cloth as a supporting device for sagging material, the height and width of the device can be adjusted. Avoiding large areas of material excessive sagging during heating, effectively solve the problem of material wrinkle during forming, and uneven heating caused by excessive sagging of material.
5)The temperature control unit setting includes one-click import function, and the diagonal selection import function, each temperature point can be set quickly.
