Technical features
3.1 This machine consist of Frame, automatic feeding devices,Vacuum forming devices, Heating Devices, Pneumatic Control System,material take out devices, Electric Control system etc.
3.2 Frame:
Adopt Steel structure welded or split jointed, For the installation of the forming, heating and auxiliary devices. Integral steel structure has enough intensity and stiffness. All metal surfaces have been treated with rust preventive coating and base coat;Common parts and standard parts are used in the structure, easy for maintenance and replacement of all parts.
3.3 Design concept:
Simple design, reasonable and easy to operate, follow the principles of <Man-machine Engineering > (spacious operating space, appropriate handle and work height) and <Electrical Equipment safety Design Guidelines>, design concept is conducive to maintenance, all parts easy to replace, process structure, components using universal parts and standard parts, easy for manufacturers to maintain in a timely manner. The overall equipment design in the work must not damage the tooling parts, to ensure that the equipment runs smoothly, reliable, no vibration and crawling phenomenon, equipment operation to safeguard the transition smoothly.
3.4 Forming Devices:
3.4.1 Lower Mould Platform:
(1) Welded by H steel and steel plate, the mould platform was driven by synchronous hydraulic control system,Lifting parameter setting and speed adjustment are realized on the touch screen
(2) In length direction, there is aluminum alloy profile active window table panel, adjust according to the mold size, electric free adjustment, the size of width is decided by size of mold.
(3) Forming box has side doors, easy to replace the mold.
3.4.2 Upper mould platform: with manual fast mold clamping structure, alignment locking.
3.4.3 The stroke of the upper and lower mold has a multi-segment speed regulation. Set the desired lift or drop speed according to the different products.
3.4.4 Feeding device: Consist of slide rails, bearing sliding table, calibration device. The platform is moved outside of the machine when it is loading. There is calibrated scale on the platform . When replacing the mold, adjust the limit device on the platform according to the scale coordinates of the mold.
3.4.5 Clamping Rack : Used to install the clamping frame, the motion structure is directly driven by the power cylinder, the pressure frame has sufficient stiffness and strength, used to install the pressure frame and ensure the consistency of the pressure material, the program and structure are equipped with molding time discharge function, fully realize the upper mold assist forming process. The pressure frame is adjustable by manual within the adjustment range.
3.4.6 Cooling Device: fast cooling by large diameter powerful cooler, mainly used for molding control or product cooling. That is, before the forming of product, the upper mold table rise, the lower mold table mold maintain a continuous vacuum, fan start ,to achieve product cooling.
3.5 Heating device
1) Adopt Double side heating, made up of carbon fiber medium wave heating tube, tube carriage and porcelain connector. It is controlled by motor synchronous. Save lots of energy. Carbon fiber medium wave heating tube has the character of fast preheating , power cut off immediately when heating stop, saving a lot of energy .The heating process can protect the surface of the material
2) Heater wire adopted high temperature wire, heating tube connected with stainless steal support by porcelain connector, easy for changing tube.
3) Temperature control adopt digital display voltage regulation Module, Display and control more accurate,and will not be affected by Voltage fluctuate.
3.6 Pneumatic System
1) Composed of Pressure gauge, all pipes, conventional valves and proportional pressure valves.
2) Air filtering device was equipped at the inlet of air line.(air combination switch)
3) Air pipes choose high pressure types except for structural constraints, beautiful layout.
3.7 Vacuum System
Consist of Vacuum pipe line, vacuum pump, chamber, storage tank and vacuum angle seat valve etc.
3.8 Electrical and computer control systems/Safety facilities
1) The System have many protection measures, any possible conflict will trigger protection function.
2) Mold Safety Door protection sealing device, adopt manual buckle, Manual locking, other procedures can not operate when safety door is not in place or not off, improve the safety factor of equipment.
3) The main control system of electrical appliance adopts imported PLC control, with touch screen as HMI (Human-machine Interface).The machine has the function of button operation and technical data setting and modification, easy for operation and maintenance.
4) The machine has Manual/Auto operation mode, and can be realized on Touch Screen. When the sheet being put on right place and the operator press auto start button , the machine will finish vacuum forming automatically; Manual operation usually used for changing mould or for sample making.
5) The distribution cabinet contains protection loops, including overcurrent, Overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit and overload protection. The heating element has a melt core protection. There are warning signs or backup captions for security issues that may cause harm to the system or artifacts. Leave 5% space in the control box for future changes. Install the electric cabinet with filter and protective cooling fan.
6) The forming operation area is equipped with a safety photoelectric sensor (safety grating) to prevent the pressure frame from falling during normal operation, if there is man-made or obstacles touch the molding operating area, the pressure frame would stop execution, to ensure the safety of operator.
7) all non-removable cables and wires outside the power supply box are hidden in the cable slot for easy opening and repair, and if this is not possible at this point, use a hose to fix it.
8) "Emergency stop" forces the power of the device to be cut off so that there is no danger in the event of an "emergency stop".

- The working table of the equipment is embedded with copper pipe for water cooling treatment to ensure the operator's safety and won't burn the skin
- Equipped with infrared monitoring function to prevent excessive sagging of heating (automatic photoelectric monitoring system is installed on the operating side to prevent plate sagging) and prevent excessive blowing.
