1,The machine was made up of Main body Structure,Positive and Negative Pressure Forming system, temperature control system, Vacuum system, heating system, Pneumatic system, electric and computer system ,whole piece cutting system etc.
2,Body: welded by steel structure,used for installation of forming ,heating, sealing and auxiliary device. The overall steel frame has sufficient strength and hardness. All metal surface primers are treated with anti-rust paint; adopt common parts and standard parts in structural design,easy for maintenance and replacement of all parts.
3. Forming mold base:
1) Rapid mold change device: adopt steel structure welding or splicing profile, used for installation of rapid mold change device and vacuum system, the air lock mechanism is controlled by mechanical manual valve on the right side of the mold table.Before installing the mold, switch on the manual valve, then switch on the air lock mechanism, and then push the mold into the movable platform. When the mold is pushed into place, switch off the mechanical manual valve, the air lock mechanism is closed and locked to achieve rapid mold loading, and vice versa,unloading the mold rapidly , the whole mold changing process is convenient and fast.
2)There are 4 kinds of forming modes, which can be selected by customers.
A mode: consists of lower frame, lower mold and upper mold.The lower mold need demoulding ; vacuum from the lower mold , positive pressure from the upper mold.
B mode: consists of lower frame, lower mold and upper mold.The upper mold need demoulding ; vacuum from the upper mold , positive pressure from the lower mold.
C mode: consists of upper frame, lower mold and upper mold.The lower mold need demoulding ; vacuum from the lower mold , positive pressure from the upper mold.
D mode: consists of upper frame, lower mold and upper mold.The upper mold need demoulding ; vacuum from the upper mold , positive pressure from the lower mold
4.The whole piece finished product drop into lay-out box, the position of the box can be adjusted according to the size of the product.
5.Electrical and PLC control systems / safety facilities
1) The system sets a number of protection measures, and each action that may collide with each other has a chain protection.
2) Safety door protection and sealing device adopts manual deduction and manual locking to improve equipment safety factor.
3) The electrical main control system is controlled by PLC integrated module, and the industrial touch display is used as HMI (human machine interface), and the Chinese interface is adopted. The machine has settings and modifications including button operation and all process parameters to make the unit easy to operate and maintain.
4) The working mode of the whole machine is divided into manual/automatic, all setting operations are realized on the touch screen; when the operator puts the materials, the automatic starting device is used to complete the whole process of forming the process, and the materials in the silo are directly produced; manual Mainly used for mold change or sample control.
5) The power distribution cabinet contains protection circuits, including overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit and overload protection. The heating element has a fuse protection. For safety issues that may pose a hazard to the system or workpiece, there are warning signs or backup text instructions. Leave 5-10% space in the control box for future changes. The cabinet is equipped with a strainer and a protective cooling fan.
6)All non-removable cables and wires outside the power box are hidden in the cable trough for easy opening and repair. If it is not possible at this point, use a hose to fix it.
