Technical features
- The machine adopts Japanese OMRON PLC control, equipped with HD touch screen as human machine interface. All time parameters can be set and monitored on the touch screen.Equipped with diagnostic and file backup function, real-time display of fault information and troubleshooting measures, easy to operate and maintain
- When the pressing frame is rising, the safety mechanism can prevent the pressing frame from falling down in case out of power. Safety protection net is installed in the operating area, the machine is unable to run unless the operator leave the forming area, which greatly improve safety level.
- The heating furnace adopts carbon fiber or halogen instant heating tube,with strong penetration, fast temperature rise (reaching positioning temperature in 2-3 seconds, with photothermal synchronization), the heating time is short, the electric power is 40% of the same type of machine.

- The lower mold is driven by electric gear mechanism.Ensure large mould rise quickly and steadily

- The heating furnace is driven by variable frequency motor, which works fast and steadily.Ensure that the furnace move "slow - fast - slow" .
- With anti - sag and anti - blowing pre- stretching function, improve the product forming height and material forming uniformity effectively.
- The working table of the equipment is embedded with copper pipe for water cooling treatment to ensure the operator's safety and won't burn the skin
